Intensive Information:
Here are a few details about what you can expect during an intensive and encouraged to reach out with any additional questions!
There will be 2 skilled therapists and 3 participants.
We begin the day at 9:00 am and will conclude early evening.
Grounded in the Healing Our Core Issues model, these intensives blend psycho-education, experiential work, and guided processing to uncover and heal the patterns that block authentic connection, self-worth, and emotional balance.
The small group format allows for both individual attention and shared connection, creating a safe and supportive space to explore how early experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. Clients often find this concentrated format accelerates insight and growth that might take months to achieve in weekly therapy.
