Seasons

Hi everyone,

I hope you are all having a wonderful week!

This week at church, our sermon was from Ecclesiastes 3, which got me thinking about how beautifully complex our lives are as seasons constantly change and shift. On my drive to work this morning, I noticed a few leaves already falling from the trees. Even though it's only the second week of August and still feels very much like summer, it's amazing how the earth gently reminds us that what is here today will change tomorrow.

This reality can be both comforting and a little bittersweet. Naturally, we want the difficult moments to pass quickly and the joyful ones to linger as long as possible. If you currently find yourself in a challenging or perplexing season of life, please take heart in knowing that it won't last forever. Things will get easier, and circumstances will shift.

And for those of you who are enjoying a beautiful season filled with sunshine and delight, I encourage you to savor every single moment! Let's breathe in the abundance of love and happiness together. There is a wonderful song that reminds us that God is just as present and good on the mountain as He is in the valley, and His goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives.

Wishing you all the very best this week,
